Step 1. Find your favourite cup - place on the counter with a smile
Step 2. Heat up 250-280ml of mylk or hot water - while you're waiting for it to heat up take a deep breath into your diaphragm. Breathe in for the count of 3 and out for the count of 6. (Do this 3 times)
Step 3. Open your love bomb box and place the bomb in the cup.
Step 4. Pour the hot mylk/water over the bomb and watch it melt.
